Types of Corrugator Machines
ITIB’s corrugator range splits into two production families. The single wall corrugated pipe making machine produces flexible, single-layer corrugated pipe from 4.5 mm I.D. to 65 mm O.D., used for harness, conduit and protective tubing. The double wall corrugated pipe making machine (DWC corrugator) produces twin-wall pipe from 40 mm to 75 mm O.D. with a smooth bore and corrugated outer wall for drainage and underground piping. Both share ITIB’s mould-chain corrugator platform and accept the same thermoplastic feedstocks.
Corrugator Machine Models
Choose a corrugator by pipe diameter and output. ITIB’s single wall line-up includes Form 15-70, Form 15-110, Form 32-52/72, Form 32-72/92 and Form 65-54/74. Applications
ITIB corrugator equipment is configured for end-use across multiple industries: electrical conduits (16–63 mm O.D.), telecom ducts for optical-fibre installation, medical tubes to hygiene/sanitation spec, harness pipes to German/Japanese automotive specifications, washing machine pipes for OEM and replacement markets, and sanitary pipes for waste-water applications. A matching coiler completes the downstream line.
Materials Processed
ITIB corrugators run polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA) and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), with quick die changeovers to switch profiles and wall thicknesses on the same machine.
