The corrugator is the heart of the line. For single-layer pipe, ITIB pairs the line with a single wall corrugated pipe making machine; for twin-wall drainage pipe, with a double wall corrugated pipe making machine. Extruder Unit
The extruder is the starting point of the production line. It melts and homogenizes thermoplastic resin pellets, pushing the molten material through the die head under controlled temperature and pressure. ITIB India’s extruders are precision-engineered for consistent melt quality and output rates.

Die Head
The die head shapes the molten plastic into the initial tubular or sheet profile before it enters the corrugator. Die changeovers allow quick switching between different pipe diameters, minimizing production downtime.

Corrugator Machine
The core of the production line, the corrugators machine forms the pipe into its corrugated profile using precision-machined mold blocks. ITIB offers both single wall corrugators (Form 15, 32, 65 series) and double wall corrugators (Form 75 series) to match specific production requirements.

Cooling System
After corrugation, the pipe passes through cooling stations that solidify the thermoplastic material into its final shape. Chilled water or air cooling systems ensure dimensional stability and surface quality of the finished pipe.

Haul-Off Unit
The haul-off system controls the pipe’s movement speed through the production line, maintaining consistent wall thickness and corrugation profile throughout the production run.

Coiler
The coiler is the final station in the production line, winding finished corrugated pipe into coils for easy storage, transport, and deployment. ITIB India’s coilers are designed for automatic operation with precise tension control.
