Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Making Machine
Double wall corrugated plastic pipe making machines (DWC Pipe Machine) are used to produce corrugated plastic sheets made from various thermoplastic materials like polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyamide (PA), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and others. The process involves extruding the molten plastic resin through a die head equipped with corrugating rolls that form the corrugated shape. Two corrugated sheets are then laminated together with a flat sheet in between using heat and pressure to bond the layers into a double wall corrugated structure. These machines allow for adjustable wall thicknesses and corrugation sizes to produce sheets with different mechanical properties for applications like signs, construction, packaging etc. The thermoplastic resins used provide benefits like light weight, impact resistance, waterproofing and chemical resistance compared to traditional materials.
