Small Diameter Corrugated Pipe Machines: 4.5 mm I.D. to 32 mm O.D.
A small diameter corrugated pipe machine is a single wall corrugator sized for tube and small-bore pipe. On this page, small diameter means the band covered by ITIB’s Form 15 and Form 32 series: 4.5 mm I.D. to 32 mm O.D.

Form 15 Series: From 4.5 mm I.D
The Form 15-70 and Form 15-110 cover 4.5 mm I.D. to 15 mm O.D. — the band for micro-duct and small harness tubing. Both run at up to 40 m/min on 1.5 kW. The difference is mould count: 110 moulds on a 3,110 mm chain against 70 on 1,980 mm, which lifts PVC output from 33 to 53 kg/h.
Form 32 Series: The 10–32 mm Volume Band
The Form 32-52/72 and Form 32-72/92 cover 10 mm I.D. to 32 mm O.D., including the 16–32 mm sizes that make up most electrical conduit volume. Both mould chains are extendable — 52 to 72 and 72 to 92 — so output can grow on the installed machine. Conduit line detail: electrical conduit pipe making machine.
Why Mould Count and Cooling Matter More at Small Diameters
At small diameters, output comes from how long the pipe stays in the cooled mould chain. A longer chain with more moulds holds the tube in contact longer at the same line speed, which is why the 110- and 92-mould variants carry the higher ratings. ITIB single wall corrugators run on chilled water at 6–8 °C; an undersized chiller caps speed regardless of the corrugator rating. See line capacity planning.
When You Need the Vacuum Option
Critical shapes on small or uneven profile diameters need a vacuum system to hold profile. ITIB’s V range adds an optional vacuum pump: 150/175 m³/h on the Form 15 series, 200 m³/h on the Form 32-52/72 and 250 m³/h on the Form 32-72/92. Budget it at the line design stage if your product mix needs it.
